The work included, in particular: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Topographical surveys of the affected sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of natural and technical constraints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Defining the preliminary route alignments of the networks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of plans and technical baseline documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>During this mission, Heinrich Thiemann, the SES expert, was on site from 19 October 2025 to 9 November 2025, providing technical support and expert advice in monitoring and managing the work.<\/p>\n\n<p>It should also be noted that the non-governmental organisation Help &amp; Charity International (HCI) planned, organised and financed the implementation of this study, thereby making a significant contribution to the completion of this important preparatory phase.<\/p>\n\n<p>The results of this study are an important step in ensuring the technical feasibility, efficiency and sustainability of the project.
